“This is NOT an hotel. They rent/sell apartments and have some services an hotel would have. Restaurant is a separate entity which they are not clear about. (I had to pay every single breakfast and every meal if I wanted to have them on site). Also comunication with the receptions is unusually challenging. They made every usual hotel service (airport transfer, invoicing, concierge etc...) incredibly slow. I.e. After they offered to pick me up from the airport and several confirmations emails I...

“Friendly helpful staff. Very good location next door to Westgate Mall and about 3 blocks from Sarit Center Mall so excellent access to shopping and IT support like SIM cards. Room was ok - firm king size bed but rather sparse for furniture but staying in the room was not the priority of the visit. Breakfast was good - à la cart for my first three mornings but buffet for the forth morning. Sadly they had no yogurt available (despite being on the options card) but the coffee was very good. Helpful...

“The good: -super kind and engaging staff -little cafe in the beautiful foyer -decent hot and cold breakfast buffet with hot drinks, meat, potatoes, beans, chapati, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit platter -able to do late checkout at a reduced daily rate when you have a late flight -strong and hot shower -modern furnishings with outlets and lamps beside the very comfortable bed -linens and towels in great condition The not great: - off a busy street. Due to mosque (?), birds, and incessant barking...

“The hotel is in a nice area, Westland but the seems not very well maintained. The wifi was quite slow and the shower hose had limescale and the water rums on the side.”

“I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!”
