“Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience.”

“Das Hotel ist ein paar Meter abseits vom Trubel in den Westlands. Daher angenehm ruhig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich auch immer sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Rooftop-Bar ist ein Highlight. Alles in allem ein idealer Ort um Nairobi zu erkunden. ”

“Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!”
