“Very happy with the Business Center - small, but very much to the point. Nice location next to the Alandalus Mall. I thank Anwar, Jibom (sorry for misspelling) and Faris who helped me with my suitcases at the check-out, the personnel at the Reception very welcoming, and Mahmoud and Shaheed who cleaned my room for 2 weeks. Overall, I am satisfied with the Alandalous Mall Hotel. I would stay there again next time if my business is in that part of Jeddah.”

“Clean hotel, good standard in the room, nothing enthusiastic but fair price and offer. I can suggest for few days staying. Just two notes: it is out from main city and far from some attraction despite the mall in front of. Then the dinner offer is little bit poor with Lebanese Indian dishes buffet. ”

“It's a nice hotel. Very new and very stylish. However, their breakfast service could have been better. The staff seemed uninterested in checking on the guests, and also forgot requests made by guests. The breakfast area was clean, comfortable and spacious. The cut fruits were delicious - amongst the best I have had in a long time. But other breakfast items were very average. Surprisingly, their in-room dining service was excellent. Their UmAli dessert is a must-try. Special shout out to Mohamed...
