Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. “I really liked how the hotel was presented, it was a pleasure to see lovely gardens and such a stylish interior. Every room was really like a room from an interior designers catalogue so thoughtfully decorated we had the extra bonus of seeing it decorated for Christmas. The lounge was really nice with complimentary hot drinks and cookies. Wonderful hotel not far from the town and beach.”

“Hotel é un po’ datato e andrebbe rinfrescato la nostra camera era bella grande e silenziosa ma aveva una grossa macchia Di infiltrazione sul soffitto la colazione anche se ne propongono diversi tipi che si devono scegliere la sera prima e questo a me non é piaciuto va migliorata il cibo era insufficiente e nella colazione inglese non c’erano ne dolci ne brioche come ho trovato in altri hotels ”

“Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return ”
