“Great place, and restaurant, exceptional staff. The internet was a bit slow for a place in IT park but workable. Nice terrace bar although sometimes the music was quite loud with loud speakers everywhere, also inside. Everything else perfect.”

“The staff were amazing!. Free breakfast and Airport shuttle including is a bonus. It’s also directly from SM mall which you don’t need to leave the building to shop and eat. Japanese and English friendly. ”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Son was in town at the same time and we were able to add an additional bed for about $15 a night to the room which was very helpful. Breakfast buffets was good but neg. To much bad oils in omelette preparation. Other than that a great stay in what is a little older hotel. There is a mall right across the street with stores and restaurants. Also a very good hospital in walking distance.”

“Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable. To have a kitchenette at this price point was exceptional. Ask for a second key card so the refrigerator stays on when not in the room.”

“I think the system requiring guests to request slippers at the front desk should be improved It would have been nice to have at least 2 pairs of slippers in the room”
