“Room service food was brought cold. And my wife chick sandwich was hard. The staff was good until check out. We had to call the manager over to explain the charges. But overall we enjoyed our stay ”

“The staff were welcoming and friendly. When I experienced a glitch with my third-party billing they dealt with it immediately. A nice hotel, in a good location.”

“Room was large. Coffee offered in the lobby is horrible. Vary basic hotel, room is only cleaned after checkout. Trash stacks up outside the door to the covered patio daily. Ok for a very short stay but not for a week.”

“Just what we needed for a couple of nights in Houston. Clean, comfortable, and such helpful staff.”

“Everything was great!! The only thing was that rooms have an open shower, meaning there's no door to seperate the shower from the bedroom. You will shower on the open. I was with my daughter and had to switch rooms to another room that allowed privacy while showering. Other than that staff was great and nice, room was very clean and area was great given than IHOP was at walking distance. ”
