The rest of the staff were fine but we pretty much only interacted with Shine during our few days here. Her name is SHINE at the front desk. She was unbelievable!! Such a kind soul. She went over and above to make our stay more comfortable and one of the best experiences we have had at any hotels. “Love staying here all the staff are very nice and accommodating, the guy that works in the breakfast room is the best! Rooms are always clean , this is my favourite place to stay when I come to Edmonton now because I know I will be treated good, my room will actually be clean and I will get a great breakfast in the morning.”

“Older rooms but the rooms were renovated and cleaned. We didn’t have any complimentary lotion in our room. Normally wouldn’t care but I forgot to bring to mine. Staff were polite and helpful”

“Place was going through renovations so am not sure if that is why room furniture (other than the bed) were uncomfortable and sub-standard. Toilet lid was loose and noticed mold forming in the shower corners. King size room was roomy but not useful if a person wanted to work - no desk, office chair, desk lamp, or plug in for a laptop. Handy location. I'm sure once the renos are complete the standard will be top notch.”

“We had a great stay at the Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre Edmonton South! For the price we paid, the quality was excellent — clean, comfortable rooms and a very comfortable bed that gave us a solid night’s rest. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The room had a refrigerator and coffee maker, which was convenient (no microwave, but that wasn’t an issue for us — just something to plan for if you need one). Overall a reliable, comfortable choice in Edmonton. We’d definitely stay...

“I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on...
