“We have stayed at the property approximately three times and it has always been awesome. The property is currently undergoing upgrades and the front desk staff was great about letting everyone know the hours when work would be occurring. ”

“Room was great, clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing and very friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone I encountered was friendly and always spoke. If you have to stay in Charlottesville I recommend staying here”

“It was a pretty good stay, a body pillow would’ve made the stay better. Shower pressure was a little low and a hand held shower head would help with the low pressure so you could get the soap off better. It is nice having the complimentary bath supplies. $6 for a bottle of water is a little steep so I didn’t partake of it. I like fancy water but that was a little excessive. I will stay again if needed in Charlottesville it’s a good location and feels pretty safe with the lighting at night. ”

“The room was absolutely spotless. There were complimentary toiletries. The breakfast options were good and waffles figured in too :) The staff was great, extremely helpful. The room was also very easy.”

“The room was very clean and in good repair. I didn't know there was a breakfast option till too late and the person i spoke to at the beginning of my reservation was a bit snippy seeming. The beds were comfortable and complimentary toiletries of good quality were provided. There's also an excellent chinese restaurant right across the parking lot.”

“The room was clean and beautiful The staff was amazing Barry in the Valet parking area was so helpful Sean at the Front Desk was always friendly and courteous Tim who I think usually works at the coffee bar , but he was working at the bar on 2nd floor on 2/6 was so friendly and very helpful when I left the motel , helped me use the ticket to exit the parking deck and how to find the elevator to deck”
