“Staff is very courteous and helpful. Clean rooms and nice sheets. Stayed for several nights. Only one criticism, I stayed on the first floor, people smoke right outside the doors on the benches and when the door is opened during and after their smoking, the smoke gets sucked into the hotel and smells the hallways up with toxic smoke fumes instead of healthy nice smelling air. “This was a very clean and comfortable room, which is close to restaurants and fine shops and located very close to UVA medical facilities. They do accommodate pets for an additional charge. I brought my dog and felt very safe walking him late at night and the wee hours of morning. My husband took advantage of the free breakfast, which he thoroughly enjoyed. ”
