“I had a great experience staying in this hotel from 3d2n! The front desk staff was so polite, professional and kind! Not the kind of professionalism i commonly see in hotels around the area compared to this! But staff’s professionalism at the cafe near lift lobby at level 1 can be better because i did asked them where is the nearest mart/7-11 and they were directing to each other to answer me so i did know know who to look at for the answer. Breakfast spread was decent but i love the laundry...

“I booked the suite. It was very dirty. Especially the carpet in the room. It was dirty and sticky. The phone was covered in dust.”
