Hotel vicino a Centro commerciale Mid Rivers Mall - St. Louis

“Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns...”

“Facility on the whole a little bit dated. When we got there were AC units sitting in the parking lot. Our room had everything that was described but our room did have an odor of old wood. It was an okay stay, but nothing spectacular.”

“There is no cleaning of rooms except every two weeks. We had to take our trash to them. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was always coffee.”

“We stayed on night. The room was clean. It was also very quiet. The carpets in the halls and our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. The property unfortunately was not well kept. We were traveling with dogs and had to be very cautious on where we took them for pottt breaks. There were some lose tiles when using the stairwell. These are very minor complaints, but I feel the owner needs to give this property a bit of TLC. It is not living up to the Comfort Inn Standards.”

“Room smelled horrible like mold and cat pee. Staff then tried to spray room with febreeze Then we were moved to another room later in day which was better but still had mold smell 😞”

“The hotel is good. The elevator was slow and there was one working. The second one was broke. The mattresses were really soft and not easy to sleep on. The staff were super nice.”

“For the price I expected more. The tv took at least a minute to change the channel each time, the bathtub was dirty, and you could hear every single sound from the room next to you. We stayed one night so did not have housekeeping, but at 9am 2 hours prior to the normal checkout we were woken up by housekeeping pounding and screaming in the hallway “housekeeping” over and over. You would have thought they would know what rooms were occupied and what were not.”
