“Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( ”

“After a long day at the hospital we showed up late (12am) in the evening to check in to our reservation. Check in went pretty smooth besides the front desk person being preoccupied with her upset baby. When we opened the door to the room it was disgusting! Trash overflowing the cans onto the floor, dirty shoe prints in the bathroom and the bedding was balled up and thrown on the beds. We went down to the front desk and she informed us it was her last available room. We left and went to another...

“Everything about this place was excellent from staff to great clean rooms with comfortable beds, great parking, great breakfast. However, we booked this for a place that has a pool since we had kids. If you don’t use the pool then this is an excellent hotel. The pool was freezing and the floors were treacherously slick. Luckily no one including the adults who couldn’t step without their feet coming out from underneath them had any accidents. We had a child lose their footing on the entrance...

“the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. “breakfast was ok. not many selections-friendly staff”

“Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice.”

“Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-”

“Hotel ben tenuto, con sala fitness e ampio parcheggio. L'unica vera pecca è stata la colazione, totalmente insufficiente, no pane, no affettati, no bacon o uova, no marmellate, no paste fresche, solo bevande calde e succhi. ”

“The property "upgrades" need to be cleaned up. Paint on the door key reader. The side doors SLAM shut...... put a damener in. This woke us up EVERY day when we stayed. Put wired internet in the rooms? Clean the pool.”

“Traveled with my friends and stayed here for three nights. We loved the location of the hotel and their breakfast. There is a gas station, Target, and Starbucks right across from the hotel. They have the best coffee and waffle! Their afternoon snack is also awesome! We will definitely stay here again!”

“Checked in into a dirty room floors were not mopped restroom as well shower was not even scrubbed had stains got a none smoking room and it stank like cigarette fridge was stained dirty and had food in it microwave was dirty as well still had stains and popcorns in it had to but my own bed liners cause the hotels were stained bad Staff was alright got the room cleaned 2 days later”
