“Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera. La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...

“Easy to find, parking was easy, room was spotless. We had a microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable and staff were available when needed. Close to shopping, grocery store and the mall. All easily accessible. ”

“I have a very nice room, clean, quiet and a nice temperature for sleeping. The shower was easy to use and the bathroom was clean with lots of towels. The staff went out of their way to help me get taxis and were very kind. I like the breakfast buffet and the hostess was such a nice lady. She was there to take away my used dishes and to refill my tea. She is a great asset to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn and if I am ever in Laval again I will stay there for sure.”
