“Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera. La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta...

“I LIKED THAT THE RESTAURANTS WERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. I WAS NOT IMPRESSED THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $55 TO CHECK IN EARLY, I WAS MEETING UP WITH FAMILY AND WOULD NOT BE RETURNING UNTIL AFTER 10 PM AND IT WAS 1PM WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE SITE. I HAD BEEN TRAVELING FOR 4 HOURS .”

La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani. Chiesto alla direzione la risposta è stata, vengono rifatte ogni due giorni oppure è necessaria espressa richiesta del cliente."
