“Hotel muy céntrico me encontre muy bien persnal muy gentil y disponible apesar que hablo poco ingles ensegida trataon de comunicar para ayudarme a las indicaciones que necesitaba es muy tranquila la zona me gusto mucho”

“loved the hotel. the staff was nice and the rooms were very clean and spacious. however we got our catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel so the area isn’t the best. ”

“The room was not cleaned in the three days we stayed, i have reminded the front desk to clean it the second day that we are there to give them idea that the room was not cleaned but it was still not cleaned when we got there the afternoon. I called them and all they can do is to remove thrash, i got three kids and they can be messy. I told them maybe just a vacuum of the caroet but they said the cleaners left already. They did offer points but i dont think i will stay there again. The staff...

“The staff were okay… The hotel was okay glad I only slept there and went and explored during the day. Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I was honestly glad to get out of there ”

“The place was clean and tidy, the AC was effective, and staff was friendly and helpful. However, the shower was lukewarm or even cold and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. ”
