Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. I also sent messages directly to the hotel and received no response at all. Even Expedia support was unable to get a response from them, which says a lot about their level of customer service. I had a genuine emergency that prevented me from arriving as planned. “I had a one day stay over in Canberra and fortunately chose this property. It’s close to most things in Canberra though has a quiet leafy feel about it. The hotel presents very well. There is a huge gym facility on the ground floor, if that is your requirement. There is a nice restaurant a short walk away, and markets nearby as well. So effectively you are quietly in the middle”
