“For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. Room/Home : Regina’s home had so much old southern world charm that had it not been so cool outside, that drinking a Mint Julep on the porch...

“Nice place. Provided Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash right in the shower. Mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee pot with cartridges. Getting ice was a bit inconvenient as it was located only on the main floor but wasn’t a biggie. My only complaint was the cheapest toilet paper there could ever be anywhere.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament. Myself, daughter,and son. This morning my daughter and I woke up to what appears to be bed bug bites. I was bitten in the face, back or the head and in my shoulder. My daughter has bites in her feet this is NOT ok or acceptable!”

“Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!”
