“The staff were exceptional. Beginning with the valet, who reminded us to make sure we had our cell phones and chargers. He even asked when we would be leaving in the morning. Front desk clerks made comments about where we came from and engaged us in conversation. Made sure to point out the amenities of the hotel and asked us if we needed more information about the nearby stores and restaurants.
