“Well lit parking, was a problem with the room but the staff was quick to swap us to another room. Pool was nice to. Really close to wild adventures.”

“Everything was great except for the young lady that checked us in. She needs more training. She was not enthusiastic and acted like she didn't want to be there. We mentioned we had a dog with us and we paid the fee for that and the deposit fee. She told us that we would get the deposit fee back. I waited and didn't see the credit and called back on 04/02 to see why and the gentleman told me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because that was the pet fee.
