“This large hotel is impeccably clean. There's beautiful tile work and nicely furnished seating areas scattered around. The view of the mountains from the breakfast room is superb. It's on a quiet street but doesn't take too long to walk to restaurants. Be sure to text the property with your arrival time. The door is locked and it's not obvious how to get in. “Such a lovely hotel.Such caring and helpful staff.They let us stay all day in our room on our check out day as we had a night bus to take at 10pm.There was no charge and the manager came with us to the bus station to help translate and get us on the right bus as our Spanish is not great.”

“We had a confirmation for our booking, but even by showing them our email from Expedia they left us without a room. Yes, the receptionist told us that they do not have our reservation and that they are fully booked. Plus, the alternative they offered in other hotel was a double price, which we could not afford! So, we have been left on the street... Not really a service you would expect from a 3 star hotel! ”
