“Lovely stay here , room was comfortable , warm and clean , very quiet despite being by the road . The only noise was from the bar quiz but that didn’t go on for long . Our meal here was lovely, reasonably priced and well worth the money , when the beer my partner wanted had finished he chose another, only to be brought a free half pint when it was back on again . Wouldn’t hesitate to return ”

“Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good. “Beautiful stay in very well presented rooms. Everything you needed for your stay. Bed extremely comfortable, room lovely and clean. Fantastic choice for breakfast where you are able to pick from a varied menu and what time you wanted in the morning. Sam and Wade extremely friendly and very welcoming. Will definitely be back. ”
