“From the moment we arrived till we checked out this hotel delivered. Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, handy fridge, sofa. Delicious buffet breakfast. My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. “First glance at the hotel was a disappointment not what the pictures showed on Expedia looks run down. Was only staying for 1 night. Check in was fine nice and quick. Hall ways looked dirty like they hadn’t been hoovered in a week or so. Found a used tea bag on the window sill. The room was terrible stains on the carpets. Wall paper was peeling from the walls, damp in the room, holes in the bathroom walls. Asked to change rooms got to say staff members really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately...
