“Clean room, nice staff, tasty breakfast ”

“The staff are very nice. The property is worn down, old and very dirty. It is not kept up- no sink stopper, missing light bulb in bathroom, empty conditioner bottle, unpainted wood post holding up sink, ketchup on walls from prior guests, vents full of dirt, dirty shower curtain, dirty, painted over tub which is very slow to drain, very loud pipes (we had to talk louder to hear each other when another room was running the shower/flushing a toilet), etc. We travel a lot for our kids’ sports...

“The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options.”

“Clean room. Fairly outdated but that’s not a huge issue. Hard beds. The pool area is great but the amount of chlorine made it hard for children to swim without coughing and gagging. Nice staff. A bit strict with rules but that was fine with us as it made it quiet in the halls.”

“The front desk person (s) were both very nice people and very helpful. My one and only issue is that the bedside clock doesn’t keep proper time. It was correct when I turned the light off but was 2 hours fast when I woke up! ”
