“Hotel and breakfast staff were great. Always helpful and nice. Rooftop restaurant could have been better. The website didnt say anything about reservations but staff pushed it hard and didnt want to sit us until we stated we only wanted drinks. Lower restaurant was a little slow too. Gym was closed the whole time I was there which looked like it would have been great to use if they didnt have it closed. The wall paper was peeling in the hall way. The room was big spacious and clean.”

“The husband and I have been going to this spot and others for some time when we need to get away. This place was the best and friendlier of places, until our last stay. My husband was told the next time we smoke in the room it will be a 250$ fine, we are smokers but we have never smoked in the room we have never been inside smokers. Lately our last stays the rooms weren’t the cleanest but still cleaner looking then most hotels we’ve stayed at, some left hairs on the sink the last couple times no...

“Hampton Inn is a great option for a stay in the Beloit area. The property is very clean with plenty of parking. Check-in and check out were very efficient and friendly desk staff. The AC worked great and despite being near a busy street - it was quiet in the room. I'd recommend on my next trip to the area.”

“I would give it zero stars if I could. The room smelled terrible like animal urine and they had no other rooms available. Shower was stained very yellow. Very low budget hotel and it wasn’t cheap. Would never stay again.”

“You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. “When we arrived there was aplumbing issue and they couldn't rent the room and offered NO assistance in finding another room. We were left with no room and sleeping in the car. The issue was with using EXPEDIA. WE WONT USE THEM AGAIN.”

“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”
