“Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. ”

“A lovely hotel: very clean, comfortable beds, great shower, friendly staff. We also had a wonderful dinner at the Velvet Buffalo downstairs. We highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant. ”

“Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Not clean, in fact disgusting bedspread, cracked sink, did not provide shampoo or body wash, bed too soft (very old), staff not welcoming ”
