“The staff at this hotel are helpful and polite. I had a minor issue with my room, I reported this to reception and they had somebody at my room in five minutes to resolve the issue. Food was good and I especially enjoyed the breakfast with a wide selection of fruits, preserves and an excellent cooked breakfast choice. I would definitely visit this hotel again, for me, the mark of excellent customer service is when something goes wrong and how the staff deal with that. Highly recommend ”

“Convenient to everything ddowntown around the Cardiff Castle. Staff was excellent and very helpful. It was a little hard to find and we had to park in the multi level car park a few blocks away. But loved the place. The only negative thing was the orange juice at breakfast. I'm sure it was a mistake I had already taken a few large gulps of it before I tasted it was very furmented. I didn't do very well from 12 to 24hrs after that because of that. However, the rest of the breakfast was top notch...

“Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend.”

“We booked to stay for 2 nights to attend a wedding. The chalet was clean and had everything we needed. We needed to arrive quite late and this was accomodated really well.
