“I have stayed in this hotel 4 times. It’s the best choice if you wanna explore Duluth and the north shore. It’s a good price, clean, great breakfast and wonderful sauna and pool. Also the beds are sooo comfortable! Recommend staying here 10/10 ”

“The bar & bartender were awesome. Good vibes, cheap drinks. Pool area was clean. Comfy beds. Only downfall seemed to be lack of staffing and no breakfast included. Had to wait forever to get checked in & when trying to get breakfast in the morning from the place on site nobody seemed to be working. ”

“The AmericInn was not a great place to stay. Our room looked as though it was still in a renovation process that had not been completed. Our room literally had blue painter's tape connecting a new piece of carpeting to an old one along with chunks of trim and other aspects that felt like we were staying in a room stuck between the old room and whatever the renovated room was supposed to look like. This hotel was cheap so I guess it was a bed to crash on but was not a place I would choose to stay...

“Overall it was good but upon entering the room it smelled like Smoke. The bed was pretty small we expected a King bed in the room and it looked like a double bed. We got told to leave the front lobby at 10:00pm due to quiet hours but yet kids were running up and down the hallway at 6 am.”
