“Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. “I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Harbor Resort. I was moved to three different rooms within the first 12 hours of my stay due to the heat not working in my first room. I was told I would not be charged for my first night, but at checkout, the hotel refused to make it right and I was charged the full amount. “I never got to check in. There was zero staff present nor did they pick up the phone the numerous times I called and when I was standing in the Lobby. ”
