“Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. The edges of our room were dusty and desperately needed some extra attention. The shower was very nice. It did have a little corner shelf that was rusty and falling down. “I never got to check in. There was zero staff present nor did they pick up the phone the numerous times I called and when I was standing in the Lobby. ”
