“Was a last minute for this booking, I guess we got the old room instead of a newer room the linen on bed could have been little cleaner was stains all over sheets could not sleep on it had to buy sheets to relax. The towels need to be replaced stains and everything on the towels just not a good experience for me and my family.”

Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened.
