“Room was okay but small. The mattress was amazingly comfortable albeit the wooden bed frame was a little creaky. The walls are paper thin and the doors closing and opening extremely noisy so not as restful a break as the location demands”

“The property was great. My party really enjoyed it. The only issue is that it was very cold when we arrived. I would suggest in winter having the heat on several hours prior to guest arrival. Otherwise, a great experience. ”

“Just a 5 minute walk into Shrewsbury centre. Ample parking in a quiet street. Check in process was simple. Room was very clean with lots of little extras, tea, coffee, water, snacks. Quirky interesting decor but clearly attention to detail throughout. Bathroom/shower very clean and comfy bed, slept right through. Would definitely recommend, 9/10.”

While there was some early morning traffic noise, it didn't detract at all from our overall great experience. Would recommend!"”

“Excellent location. Clean towels and bedding. Tea, coffee, water provided. But tired, grubby rooms right on the main road. In need of decoration. Polyfilled holes everywhere. Cheap furnishings. And, the sign advertises breakfast is until 10:30am. When we went to get breakfast at 10:15am they told us they had packed up! This was good for us as we were cycling and they let us keep our bikes in the room which was rather helpful- otherwise they suggested it would be the car park. And the...

“Although the hotel facilities were good and the location was very central, our room was above the bar which was a club on Saturday night. The music was really loud till midnight. Although the web site mentioned that they had a DJ, we hadn't expected to be right above it.”
