“This hotel is so spacious, and really clean. They offered a pretty good selection for the free breakfast. They have a small selection to be purchased for snacks if youre unwilling to leave, and offer room service (i didnt use it but it was nice to be offered) the staff was friendly Raj was here to help with what I consider is one of the EASIEST check ins ive had, and he was here on a holiday. “Siamo stati per 7 giorni.... la stanza era pulita e molto spaziosa ,letto molto comodo e finalmente niente moquette sul pavimento. Manca in stanza la macchina per il caffè . La colazione in reception deludente . Unico neo è il rumore dell'acqua delle altre stanze che si sente è fastidiosa di notte.”

“Partenza negativa… molto, stanza sporca (gocce sul tavolo, cucinino sporco, lenzuola macchiate). Per il resto è stato un bel soggiorno. La posizione è perfetta per la tranquillità. Per arrivare a LA ci si mette un po’, ma si sa, il traffico è quel che è. Comunque, avvisata la reception del problema pulizia, alla fine abbiamo risolto… mi resta il dubbio se la lavanderia funziona, ora che siamo partiti… ”

“Room did have a musty smell but tolerable (inclement weather during our stay.) Everything about our stay was 5 stars including Staff @ Check in. This is our go to hotel for Cypress. Always clean, great options for food, easy parking and great staff! Will return and recommend to our family and friends. ”
