“Siamo stati per 7 giorni.... la stanza era pulita e molto spaziosa ,letto molto comodo e finalmente niente moquette sul pavimento. Manca in stanza la macchina per il caffè . La colazione in reception deludente . Unico neo è il rumore dell'acqua delle altre stanze che si sente è fastidiosa di notte.”

“Avoid this place at all costs first off the room smell like nicotine the bed looked like a 5-year-old had done it and the room just plain look dirty when I went to the front reception guy I asked him if he had another room because the one we got smelled like cigarettes he gave me another room same thing literally next door to the one we had originally got smelled like cigarettes the bed look like someone just got out of it by that time I was already irritated when I went to ask if I can get a...

“Room had bugs. Moved bed to catch bug never cleaned under bed. Bathroom had black mold. Furniture had nicks and scrapes. Would never go back.”

Many of the rooms were closed for “remodeling” Card was unexpectedly charged hidden fees not discussed during check in nor listed in booking information after verbally hearing “the deposit is refundable” Parking was fine, that’s one of the charges btw. Pool was regular. Gym had broken machines. “Restaurant” closed. Breakfast was no where to be found. A “coffee bar” that had picked through sugar packets and creamer. Hotel amenities you don’t utilize, for another charge… Just don’t...

“The exterior of the property was unkept. We had our dogs with us and immediately clean up after them, we were constantly having to look out for other dog’s waste that had been left around the property. The hot tub looks like it had been forgotten about and in a small corner. There were signs for a vending machine but couldn’t find one and the on property ‘market’ was very small and extremely limited in selection. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”
