“This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We rented two rooms for ourselves and our family members, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not being properly maintained. “When I got there to check in for a room I had already reserved, I was given three different room keys and asked to check them out to see if they were clean. Two of the rooms were occupied and the other was locked. The staff promised me a refund after, which I have yet to receive. Overall, service was very unprofessional. The staff member helping me even suggested that the people in line behind me go with me to check the rooms.”

“Siamo stati per 7 giorni.... la stanza era pulita e molto spaziosa ,letto molto comodo e finalmente niente moquette sul pavimento. Manca in stanza la macchina per il caffè . La colazione in reception deludente . Unico neo è il rumore dell'acqua delle altre stanze che si sente è fastidiosa di notte.”
