“My room was clean and comfortable. My room rate was above what was quoted due to an issue with my confirmation number not showing up. So I was hit with a higher rate, despite the hotel seeing my reservation. I was also disappointed in having to pay a parking fee. Other than that it's a nice hotel, good location.”

“I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all...

I was even told by the front desk staff that the manager was in a bad mood, and will not want to speak with me about it. Despite my he hotel staff claiming to request a refund through Expedia, Expdia had no evidence of the hotel staff requesting a refund. I found the hotel staff/ management to be extremely poor customer facing,...
