“The place was quiet, and peaceful. Just a couple of miles outside of town, towards the Northeast entrance of RMNP.
We arrived at approximately 5:30, and although the office was closed, our key and stay-paperwork was waiting for us.
Expectations may be different in the Summer season, but we loved the convenience and quiet of this place!
We saw wild turkeys in the driveway, right next to our car, and elk and deer, nearby. ”

“The breakfast was good and the lady running the room was extremely friendly and efficient. The problem, however, was the breakfast room was on the floor above the pool which required climbing a long flight of stairs to get there. This might be okay for younger folks, but for senior citizens, those with mobility issues, that is a problem. My wife has difficulty walking and just barely made it to the top of the stairs.
