They gave us a room that had a very bad smell coming from the heater. It kept making the meter/all night carbon monoxide meter said it was 80% in the morning when we woke up we had a headache and also I didn’t get a full-size refrigerator in that room, I called management. They moved us to a room with a full size refrigerator, but the customer service was lacking. The blankets did not smell clean. I asked for blankets on a text message. They never brought me blankets. I asked for wood in the fireplace. They did bring the wood the next day overall, our stay was not what I expected. The room looked totally different than what I saw online when I scheduled my stay. It seems like it is false advertisement on this place. The room look grandiose, on the pictures I saw on line. but when I got inside the room, it was more like a Shack. It was totally not worth the money. The only thing nice was that it was surrounded by mountains and even that was not that great because the sunsets at 2:30 every day because of the way, the complex sits between the mountains.
Very unsatisfied!!!
