“The room was very clean and has a luxurious feel and look. The staff were helpful and kind. The view was stunning on the balcony.”

“Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

“At first the AC wasn’t really working in the living room. So I had advised front desk, they were so sincere enough to give us another penthouse without extra charge. Very beautiful and clean. I’d come back again.”

“Everything i touched in the room felt wet even the bed sheets and blanket. The shower was supper small. For $225 i got the view of the parking lot from my room and when i added 1 more day it cost me $258. No bottled water in the room, you had to go to the coffee shop and pay $2-$4 for water. Breakfast for 1 person $38. It looked like you went back in time when you got to your room. I will never go back.”

“Parking was extremely limited due to upper level renovation and repairs. Outdoor parking was sufficient but not paved. Recommend the establishment pave the outdoor parking area.”

“The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances.”

“Check in process was a little slow as check in was at 3pm & my room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm. I stayed in the infinity tower. (The side that looks more dated.) There was a musky type of feel in the room as the AC was leaking. There were several small roaches in my room. Overall , staff was nice & lobby was clean! But I do believe the more dated tower should be renovated so the price could match the quality . I probably wouldn’t stay there again but it’s there if you’re just trying to find...

“The staff and workers were great and very helpful. The air conditioning system was very good and the tv was working. My only complaint is that it wasn’t clean(birth room and shower)the bedding was trash. The room needs to be aired as it was so stuffy and damp. Parking was also great”
