“I work in another hotel so my expectations for the place weren’t high especially after a typhoon. So I’m not suprised that certain things in the hotel is out of order. What I did expect is a certain amount clear communication between guest and staff. Keep in mind I called a day ahead of time before making the booking asking about the laundry/gym/pool and was told that it was ALL working. (Which in fact wasn’t. Laundry-All the dryers were out of order. Pool-Out of order. Gym-Not all equipment was...

“他の投稿にもあるが、部屋に小さな虫がたくさんいるので、虫がダメな人は無理だろうと思う。 明細はしっかりかくにんしたほうがよい。ビーチでの利用がボッタクられたうえ、チェックアウト時明細が欲しいと言ったら、ないと言われ、その場で2部屋目の細かい内訳が確認できなかったのでフライトが近い時間なので、後でと思って、、後日確認後、間違いがあり、返金お願いしたら全く返信ない。できるできないにしても、返信くらいは必要では。 不誠実極まりない、もちろんリピートなどしないし、おすすめもしない。”

“The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. ”

“オーシャンビューのお部屋からの景色が最高でした。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりや空港までのタクシー手配など、細かな対応もしていただき、大変満足しています。 タクシーはホテルと連携しているENZO TAXIを手配していただきました。担当の運転手さんが日本語を話せる方で、英語にあまり自信のない私にはとてもありがたかったです。”

“クラブルール利用しました。 朝食は悪くはないけれど毎日利用すると 内容に飽きがきます。 部屋からの海は絶景です。”

“The air conditioning worked well, the bed/bathroom were clean and comfortable. Sligt mildew smell in the reception area, but not bad. Its a no frills hotel in a good location with cross street shopping and restaurants. ”
