“We stayed here for 3 days and had a great stay in this new hotel. Everything was very nice and clean. The staff were very accommodating as well when we needed to stay longer. The nightly rates were very good and it was the perfect location for visiting my mom in Farmington. The daily breakfast was excellent and had many choices for a variety of diets. There is a Walmart nearby and it’s very convenient to several roads in the area, Hwy 35, etc. and only 20 mns from the airport and Mall of...

“Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed”

“While the room in general was fine, the air conditioner was very loud & whined; the coffee dispenser downstairs didn't work one of the days; no coffee cups were out one if the days; the water to the building was off one of the days from noon until almost 5 pm (the schedule we got upon check-in stated from noon to 3 pm); and only 1 ice machine worked for the entire hotel. While this may have been a fluke, it did not enhance our stay in any way.”
