The ground floor welcomes you into a wide, sunlit living space that opens seamlessly to the outdoors — a place where cooking, lounging, and swimming happen without barriers. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with all modern conveniences: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, full-sized appliances, and everything needed for slow breakfasts or summer feasts.
