“It had been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect. The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were in perfect condition. The breakfast was simply wonderful. A different menu every day. Simply fantastic.”

“We spent a night at this hotel after a long flight. It offered everything we needed and more. Excellent location, airport shuttle, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast selection.”

“Upon arrival. There is mo complimentary water. The receptionist said the complimentary water and slipper are for those regular customers only. I can’t imagine how they will attract a new client….”

“The staff here was very helpful, the rooms were very clean as well. The refrigerator was already cold when we got there. There isn't much else to ask for really!”

“No ice machine, freezer but no ice cube trays; spider in bathroom (looked like a brown recluse, yes I checked the internet)' bedspread had stain; no hair dryer; don't think floor was mopped in a very long time; will never stay at a Red Roof again!”

“Property is outdated, digital keys didn’t work so had to stand in line for a line time tot check-in, loud and terrible bedding and pillows.”

“Bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. It came untucked and rolled up underneath me as I slept. Breakfast was good. However, the breakfast attendant had a bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that the waffle batter ran out. She went to refill it. She did not come back during the duration it took my family to eat. She was the same person who was annoyed when asked to help with the ice machine.”

“They are changing management so it was a lot they did not accommodate but I let it slide I should be credited for some of it being I stay a month there”
