Hotel vicino a Centro Visitatori Walney - Chantilly

“Bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. It came untucked and rolled up underneath me as I slept. Breakfast was good. However, the breakfast attendant had a bad attitude. She seemed to be annoyed that the waffle batter ran out. She went to refill it. She did not come back during the duration it took my family to eat. She was the same person who was annoyed when asked to help with the ice machine.”

“No ice machine, freezer but no ice cube trays; spider in bathroom (looked like a brown recluse, yes I checked the internet)' bedspread had stain; no hair dryer; don't think floor was mopped in a very long time; will never stay at a Red Roof again!”

“We spent a night at this hotel after a long flight. It offered everything we needed and more. Excellent location, airport shuttle, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast selection.”

“It had been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect. The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed and sheets were in perfect condition. The breakfast was simply wonderful. A different menu every day. Simply fantastic.”

“Upon arrival. There is mo complimentary water. The receptionist said the complimentary water and slipper are for those regular customers only. I can’t imagine how they will attract a new client….”

“This Hilton Inn has been a convenient location to stay. We’ve had several reservations there because of the convenience to include cleanliness. Our last stay was most memorable. A personal item was left behind after checkout. The item was discovered missing so I called the Inn where the front desk staff had house keeping check the room for the item. I received a call back indicating that the item was found so I returned to pick it up. The Inn’s staff was most professional.”
