“We spent a night at this hotel after a long flight. It offered everything we needed and more. Excellent location, airport shuttle, courteous staff, clean, comfortable room and a good breakfast selection.”

“We stayed here because we had an event to attend at this location. The mall being close by was the biggest plus. The room was fine but the front desk didn’t answer the phone 3 out of 4 times. The time they did pick up, we requested towels which were never delivered. We went down to the desk to ask for an iron and ironing stand, we had to remind them four times and finally an ironing stand was left in our room while we were away but no iron! (They had a steamer in the room but it was not...

“The staff who greeted us as we checked in were exceptionally kind and helpful. Moreso than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last couple years in the US. We had zero issues, breakfast was hot and delicious. Best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. I would return!”

“The air unit was not working in our room. We we were hot the whole night. We told the staff and they place a fan in our room. I would have preferred to be placed in another room. Such a nice hotel… But with bad services dealing with the air unit in the actual room.”

“The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, from the seemingly janky entryway to partial repairs all over. The rust stains and mildew in my shower, particularly around the old fixtures, did not make me feel like I would get clean in the shower. Thankfully, I was there for less than 10 hours. I know you get what you pay for, and around DC is appallingly expensive for some things, but this hotel seemed exceedingly rough.”

“We thought pool was going to be open but it wasn’t, breakfast was good. We’re charged for parking and we didn’t have a car there.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked having a balcony. The smart TV with Netflix, etc., is a plus. The curved door walk-in shower felt roomy. Although the property is dated, it does appear to have been relatively well maintained.”
