“Two of our four rooms (904 and 906) were freezing, and the heat did not work. Maintenance had to bring up a heater and didn't seem surprised about the complaint. The rooms are non-smoking, but smells like smoke. Check in process was very slow. ”

“The room was very spacious, more than expected! I have little complaints other than we had found a hair in our towels at one point and the TV had a fairly consistent delay/glitch. Other than that, it was a great room and I would definitely stay there again.”

“Terribile, evitare assolutamente. Molte sporcizie sul letto è in bagno o sulla coperta del letto non sapevo se fosse sangue o meno. Macchina davanti al soggiorno abbandonata e forse derubata. Appena possibile abbiamo chiesto il cambio. Il letto era pieno di capelli, pulizia scarsissima (se non del tutto assente)”

“Great towels but maybe put a few more in the room. Great shower and soap dispensers instead of teenie tiny packets. Huge room. Nice bed. Nice location. Only issue: They seemed sparse with the amount of food available for breakfast. ”

“Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

“Staff are outstanding treating you like a friend rather than a customer. Courteous, obliging and efficient helped create an atmosphere not experienced in any previous hotel we have visited. ”

“The room is very clean. The staffs are courteous. The wifi is very good. Please do give clear instruction at check on a separate instruction slip on how to and which WIFI to use. The breakfast is just right, and a balance of items. However the coffee maker machine has a long line due to the making per cup of coffee make time. Please consider adding an additional coffee maker machne.”
