“We loved this hotel! Check in was quick & easy. Have a restaurant & bar. Little store. Room was clean & spacious. Big bathroom. Lots of sitting room including a couch. Pool & hot tub were big. Lobby had a reading/relaxing nook. Cold water. Breakfast buffet was ok, a bit pricey. Kids eat free. Staff was all nice & friendly. Plenty of parking. Right off of the freeway but could not hear any traffic. 10 minutes to Great America. Close to restaurants & shopping. Good price. Would definitely stay...

“We had a pleasant stay. It was convenient location. Easy access to freeway.Hot breakfast and great service. My only concern is that i am waiting for my refund from Best Western as they charged my cc for a 1 day stay when I already paid 2 day stay in full thru Hotels.com”

“Assurdo! Abbiamo prenotato dall'Italia per 16 giorni. Ho scritto all'hotel per assicurarmi che andasse tutto bene. Mi confermarlo che la prenotazione e tutto il resto fosse andato a buon fine e che ci aspettarono. Appena arrivati, dopo 20h di viaggio in aereo, ci rifiutano, lasciandoci in strada perche "per un regolamento interno non accettano per piu di 14 giorni" e la nostra prenotazione era per 16. “It was quiet, comfy, and clean. Also, conveniently located, and staff was nice. Kitchenette was cute, but we only used some dishes for cereal, and the frig. Breakfast was good, but it was crowded and had to wait for them to refill stuff. ”

There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”
