“The front desk staff was nice. The head breakfast lady was amazing so friendly she was great! The place was clean but housekeeping didn’t come to your room after you checked in didn’t take trash or anything we had to go ask housekeeping many times for things and to dump our trash. Also when did they start charging for breakfast?”

“Assurdo! Abbiamo prenotato dall'Italia per 16 giorni. Ho scritto all'hotel per assicurarmi che andasse tutto bene. Mi confermarlo che la prenotazione e tutto il resto fosse andato a buon fine e che ci aspettarono. Appena arrivati, dopo 20h di viaggio in aereo, ci rifiutano, lasciandoci in strada perche "per un regolamento interno non accettano per piu di 14 giorni" e la nostra prenotazione era per 16. Ne sul sito Hotels.com, ne nell'email di conferma che avevo mandato, da nessuna parte si...

“Wir haben im Rodeway Inn in Milpitas übernachtet und die Erfahrung war insgesamt sehr schlecht. Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer, roch stark nach Rauch, obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen war. Generell wirkte sowohl das Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage ungepflegt und es entstand der Eindruck, dass die Instandhaltung vernachlässigt wird. Auch die Handtücher waren nicht vollständig sauber. Die Parkplätze sind zudem sehr eng bemessen, vor allem für amerikanische Verhältnisse,...

“Me chingaron 100 dólares que según tenía que pagar al llegar al hotel que eso cubría si agarraba algo del snack y en el cuarto no había nada ,le pregunté al pagar a la recepcionista que si podía tener mi recibo de ese pago y me dijo que me lo daba al hacer el check out ,en total solo pagué 100 pero me quería cobrar 243 que según por qué no estaba pagada la habitación pero bueno afortunadamente mi tarjeta no tenía esa cantidad y ya reviso y me cobró solo 100 y ya pues ya ni modo los pagué no...

I really liked going back to their place, because of their free breakfast and the complete kitchen amenities. I don’t need to bring anything because they have all the things I need in the kitchen, to top it all😘😘😘”
