Hotel vicino a Great Mall of the Bay Area - Milpitas

“We arrived late in the evening after a long drive. We were greeted by a wonderful young lady I believe her name was Davina. She was so kind , accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable! The property was perfect, clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and again. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked so nice and inviting we had wished we could have taken a dip!”

“Good breakfast, nice room. My room was too dark, no natural light could go into the room from the window, bad positioning. There is nothing interesting out of the hotel, is a strategic place just to work and to get the Freeway. Gym ok You have to ask for room cleaning art least one day before. I still have to figure out why the hotel charged me additional price”

“Everything was right for us, no complaints. Even parking for our guests who dropped by was ample.”

“Two of our four rooms (904 and 906) were freezing, and the heat did not work. Maintenance had to bring up a heater and didn't seem surprised about the complaint. The rooms are non-smoking, but smells like smoke. Check in process was very slow. ”

“Assurdo! Abbiamo prenotato dall'Italia per 16 giorni. Ho scritto all'hotel per assicurarmi che andasse tutto bene. Mi confermarlo che la prenotazione e tutto il resto fosse andato a buon fine e che ci aspettarono. Appena arrivati, dopo 20h di viaggio in aereo, ci rifiutano, lasciandoci in strada perche "per un regolamento interno non accettano per piu di 14 giorni" e la nostra prenotazione era per 16. Ne sul sito Hotels.com, ne nell'email di conferma che avevo mandato, da nessuna parte si...

“Great towels but maybe put a few more in the room. Great shower and soap dispensers instead of teenie tiny packets. Huge room. Nice bed. Nice location. Only issue: They seemed sparse with the amount of food available for breakfast. ”

“Terribile, evitare assolutamente. Molte sporcizie sul letto è in bagno o sulla coperta del letto non sapevo se fosse sangue o meno. Macchina davanti al soggiorno abbandonata e forse derubata. Appena possibile abbiamo chiesto il cambio. Il letto era pieno di capelli, pulizia scarsissima (se non del tutto assente)”

“I got stuck in an FAA ground stop in Seattle. I was rebooked on a flight that was supposed to land in Oakland at 9 pm, then delayed to 11, then to 2 am. I called the hotel and explained, promising to be there ASAP. I landed at 4 am and went straight to the hotel, where a man behind the desk informed me my reservation was cancelled. I tried to explain but was interrupted and given a lecture about being on time. I asked if I could still get a room, I had been traveling 23 hours. He said yes but...
