“Cute and artsy, sheik hotel with fun decor. Big hit is the carpeted basketball court in middle of hotel with pillow basketballs. Hoops are standard 10 ft. Boys really enjoyed it! Latte coffee was decent in the restaurant. No laundry (we were baseball players so bummed about that stinky laundry had to be reworn LOL) and no ice machines but you could get ice at front desk. “La mia permanenza e` stata piacevole e senza intoppi. Ogni richiesta e` stata esaudita con celerita` e senza fare problemi. Il personale e` cordiale e disponibile. Volendo alla hall distribuiscono bottigliette d'acqua gratis a tutte le ore. Il servizio di shuttle gratuito per il centro e le amenita` delle vicinanze e` stato molto utile soprattutto nei giorni della partita di UNC.”

“I didn’t expect a lot and I got less The best thing was the clerk on arrival. I got a 2nd floor room but with awful knees asked about an elevator. Nope. The room was filthy. Had to wash the mirror to see. Towel came back black. Smelled of heavy cigarettes. Laminate floor too dirty to step on with bare feet. ”

“What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!”
