This 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers great lake views, updated contemporary design, fully stocked kitchen, ample parking, and is conveniently close to town amenities. Private dock perfect for parking your boat, jet ski, fishing, or taking a dip in the lake. Nearby Marina with landing and gas. The property offers a large yard for lounging, outside games, and random cartwheels because you're just so happy. Upstairs loft with desk and chair if you needed to put in a few work hours before the fun. Come on, the lake is calling. : )

Perfect location for us to relax and spend time with family. Dock is great for the boat, paddle boards, and kayaks and it is a nice boat ride to Sandy Beach and some other islands. House was just right for us and was a great week.

Beautiful house, perfect location

The house is beautiful, well kept and very clean. House has plenty parking for multiple cars and room for boats also. The owners were easy to get in touch with, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and would also stay here again.

Thanksgiving in Lake Murray

We all enjoyed the house and were totally comfortable in the space. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to use so much of cookware for our Thanksgiving day meal. Great space, location and stress free stay. Beautiful house and area.

The Perfect Near Columbia Getaway

This property is not only stunning, but it is modern and updated in every way - appliances, kitchen, heating/AC system, furniture, etc. It was also impeccably spotless upon arrival. From the helpful labels throughout the house to the single use laundry detergent left for us, these hosts thought of everything so we didn't have to! We were so comfortable we hardly left. We loved hanging out on the dock, having bonfires, and enjoying the gorgeous view while we were cooking or just lounging around the house. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for a place to stay near Columbia, or if you are just looking for a getaway. It's definitely of the best, most comfortable home rental experiences we have had.

Great little lake house…

Enjoyed our trip and stay at this quiet little lake house. Well equipped and furnished. Stayed for about a week and very pleased at end of our stay. The place was clean and cozy. Easy access to the water, caught some fish and enjoyed the views. Only surprise we had was only television was in the main living room. No TVs in bedrooms which was mostly just fine but on those rainy cold days we had, not everyone wanted to watch Golf. Other than that, great trip. The owner was very nice, easy to access and always communicated effectively. Would highly recommend.

Paradise on Lake Murray- Chapin

The house was excellent, modern kitchen and equipped with everything needed during your stay. Awesome view of the lake from the house and rear deck. The private dock was great for fishing and mooring your boat. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailer(s)! Close to Chapin! The owners, Leslie and Elkin were very professional, friendly, and responsive to any questions we had during our stay...Five Star all around.....we will return. Thank you so much. Rod and Caroline G.

Great house on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It was well stocked with everything we would need including extra toiletries, beach towels, extra blankets, etc!! Tons of space in the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and den. The large dining table allowed us to all sit and eat together and play games at night! Very clean and well furnished!! We would definitely stay again!!
